Please submit your order request by phone, on our website via inquiry, or email  bill@marilynslinenandweddings.com. If you need help selecting linens our team is available weekdays from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM. 

Once we gather all necessary information about your event including the date, time, location, venue details, as well as table sizes, quantities, and selected fabrics, we will create an order for your review. To confirm an order, clients are required to sign a contract and submit a 25% non-refundable deposit. Orders will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of both the signed contract and deposit. 

For adjustments, additions, reductions, or cancellations to an order, our customer service team is available weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note that changes to pickup orders must be made at least 5 business days in advance, while adjustments to setup orders must be made at least 7 business days in advance to ensure smooth processing and coordination of your event needs.
 

Orders can be picked up at our Lakeland location,  1541 West Memorial Blvd, Lakeland, FL 33815, US.  

 We offer professional set-up and take-down services for events where our rented items are utilized. To utilize these services, customers must meet a minimum order value of $2000 for rental items, excluding setup, delivery, and take-down fees. Please note that the availability of our set-up services depends on our team's schedule, as we prioritize quality and attention to detail. Contact us to confirm availability for your event date. 

Marilyn's Linen and Weddings offers a wide range of linen products including tablecloths, overlays, napkins, chair covers, sashes, and more. We also offer rentals for centerpieces, backdrops and wedding decorations.

Cancellation requests are accepted 3 business days before the deadline specified in your contract. Please note that cancellations for custom items, such as flower arrangements and special orders, are not eligible for refunds. For non-custom orders, you can cancel up to 3 business days before the scheduled date. However, cancellations requested less than 3 business days prior to this date will result in forfeiture of the 25% non-refundable deposit. 

Yes, you are responsible in full for rental fees of items that have left our warehouse, as they are out of our inventory and unavailable for other clients to rent.
